Power Testify ("HubSpot Power-Ups") is a Chrome extension that helps users log emails from Gmail to HubSpot CRM. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

To provide our services, we collect and process the following data:

• Email Content: When you click "Log to HubSpot", we read the email subject, body, and recipient information to send to HubSpot. This data is NOT stored on our servers.
• HubSpot OAuth Tokens: We store encrypted OAuth tokens locally in your browser to maintain your HubSpot connection.
• User Account: Email address and basic profile info from Google Sign-In for account management.
• Usage Statistics: Anonymous count of emails logged per month for plan limits.

How We Use Your Data

• To log emails to your HubSpot CRM account
• To create and manage HubSpot contacts
• To track usage against your plan limits
• To provide customer support

Data Storage

• Local Storage: HubSpot tokens, email templates, and settings are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.
• Firebase: User accounts and subscription status are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with appropriate security rules.
• We do NOT: Store email content, sell your data, or share it with third parties (except HubSpot for logging).

Third-Party Services

• HubSpot: Email data is sent to HubSpot via their official API. See HubSpot's Privacy Policy.
• Google Firebase: Used for authentication and user data. See Firebase Privacy.
• Razorpay/PayPal: For payment processing. We do not store payment card details.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect HubSpot and revoke access at any time
• Uninstall the extension to remove all local data

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• OAuth 2.0 for HubSpot authentication
• HTTPS for all data transmission
• Firebase security rules for database access
